Crumpets with Bacon and Caramelized Banana

Crumpets with Bacon and Caramelized Banana

If you prefer something other than an Omelette or a full English breakfast, why not try this delicious crumpet with bacon caramelised bananas? At one of the establishments I worked at, we had this on the venue's breakfast menu, but personally, for me, this is rather a breakfast option for the family home rather than a venue.

  • Flip them around and bake further for up to 1 minute until golden brown but cooked.

  • Drizzle sauce, honey or maple syrup over the top and serve.
