Method
- Bring 2 litres of water to the boil in a pan. Add garlic, ginger, lemon slices and cinnamon to the boiling water and allow to simmer for 20 minutes.
- Turn off heat and allow to stand for 30 mins before straining. Drink warm or cold. This tea will last for about 1 week in the fridge.
Notes
Note: If the tea is too strong for your taste, you can add more water.
