One of us — usually Tanya for product/wellness queries, Mei or Dave for recipe questions, Micha if you’ve asked something nobody else can answer — will reply within a couple of working days. We read every message, even the ones that are just kind notes about a post (those are honestly the best part of running this thing).
Quick FAQs before you write
- Can you adapt a recipe for me? Yes, ask away. We’re especially happy to suggest swaps for gluten-free, dairy-free, low-FODMAP and vegan adaptations. We can’t write a fully personal meal plan via email, but most single-recipe questions we can sort.
- Can I republish or photograph one of your recipes? A short quote with a link back is welcome. For full reprints (a magazine, a cookbook, a corporate wellness program), please ask first via the form — we’ll usually say yes, we just like to know.
- Will you review my product? Maybe. We’re picky and we don’t run sponsored reviews. If your product is a genuine fit for the kind of clean, honest stuff we write about, send us details via the form. No promises until we’ve trialled it across the team.
- Are you on social? We are — you’ll find the icons in the header and footer. We’re more active in the comments here than anywhere else though. The conversation under a post is where the good stuff happens.
