1 avocado
1 large banana
½ granny smith apple
1 ½ cup coconut water (or almond milk, soy milk, rice milk etc.)
1 cup of kale
½ teaspoon lucuma powder
½ teaspoon flax seed oil or coconut oil
½ cup of gluten free muesli (garnish)
½ banana slices (garnish)
Method
- Prepare ingredients and set up your drink blender
- Put all ingredients into the blender and pulse until it starts to take then let blend until smooth
- Pour ingredients into bowls and garnish with sliced banana and gluten free muesli.
